BURBAN PALETTES offers a service to collect your different types of wood waste for use as fuel or material recycling.

Wood categories
BURBAN PALETTES collects all types of wood waste resulting from your activity:
- clean wood (untreated and unpainted) from pallets, box pallets or crates.
Only clean, untreated, unsoiled (paint, oil, grease, etc.) wood stripped of nuts and bolts, metals, cardboard and plastic can be recycled for fuel.
It should be sorted at source.
PROVISION OF SKIPS
BURBAN PALETTES can provide different sized skips to collect your wood waste.
They save space and handling.
Upon request, we will organise the removal
and replacement of skips.
TRACKING
Untreated wood waste must be traced to be considered as a fuel (referenced suppliers, monitoring of inputs and volumes produced, etc.).
To meet these requirements, our employees register various identification information upon receiving the waste, in compliance with our quality procedures: origin (name of company and site, address), type of wood and volume.
To comply with regulations on fuels from packing wood, we carry out sorting, selection and preparation of batches based on a principle of visual recognition before crushing.
VISUAL SORTING
Our staff have received regulated training to carry out sorting of clean wood suitable to become fuel and treated wood which will be recycled into wood panels.
Our wood waste processing platforms comprise clearly identified zones for storing these different types of wood, in compliance with regulations.
